Tenuta la Bandita is a hidden oasis of nature. Within its 35 acres wild orchids flourish, olive trees glisten on the hillsides; their silvery green leaves wave in the gentle breezes and change color with the light of day yielding precious fruits that come Autumn will produce delicious seasonally pressed olive oil. Wildlife surrounds this country estate; here can be found deer, the prized Cinghiale (wild boar) and the elusive porcupine all who live peacefully in its woodland countryside. In the pastoral greens of the property, goats can be seen grazing alongside two donkeys, the properties mascots. Mornings, with the dawn of each day you will hear a Leghorn rooster crow in the distance. A pond on the land hosts duck, geese and swan, all who help create a harmonious bucolic atmosphere.

ACCOMMODATIONS  AT TENUTA LA BANDITA:

In addition to the main Villa la Bandita (1800's) originally an aristocratic hunting lodge, transformed into an elegant countryside Relais with 11 rooms (some with private balcony) another 14 rooms (some with garden and pool views) are located in the two annexes "La Foresteria" & "Gli Ulivi". All rooms are furnished with refined quality furniture and decorated with period objects of art that give a warm atmosphere of a refined and comfortable private residence. At our guests' disposal: Restaurant, Swimming pool, Tennis, Meeting room, Church consacrated for small ceremonies, with the convenience of nearby Sassetta Spa. All rooms are equipped with: en suite bath or shower, TV, telephone, minibar, wifi, safe and hairdryer. 

BUFFET BREAKFAST

Available daily consisting of freshly made sweet & savory creations from our kitchen, breakfast cakes, croissant, country breads, accompanied by homemade jams and local honey. Savory pizzette, frittatas, vegetable tortas, local ham, salumi, cheese, yogurt and seasonal fruit. To compliment these ever changing choices juices, coffee & tea all deliciously presented.

RESTAURANT “LA BOUGANVILLE”

Restaurant "La Bouganville" is characterized by an ancient fireplace, located in the main Villa here is where dinners can be enjoyed during the winter months. In the summer season consider dining ‘al fresco” on the terrace overlooking the picturesque undulating hills. Vegetables, meats, cheeses and fruits are strictly at “zero kilometers”: they come from our properties own garden cultivation and breeding farm. We offer homemade pasta, cured meats of cinta senese heritage breed pork, wild boar and game recipes typical of the centuries old local Tuscan traditions and ways and a selection of local wines can be found.
